Cheng Yi Optical (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. located in Xiamen, China, was established by Taiwanese since 1990. In reality, our headquarter was set in Taiwan since 1978.We have spent over 20 years on developing and producing all types of plastic and metal sunglasses, reading glasses, optical and related eyewears. Over 80% of our products are exported to the U.S.A., Europe, Japan, and Australia.
Our factory has 10,000 square meters. We currently have over 1100 employees including 100 technicians and 120 management personnel and over 800 workers. Extensively using high-tech software and equipment such as CAD, CAM, automatic plating machines, CNC (computer numerical control) machines and dust-free coloring environment enable Cheng Yi to do R&D, moulding, and production all in our factory. Furthermore, we also have optic computers for lens-inspection use.

Cheng Yi's production and operation management system has obtained ISO-9001-2000 (certificate no.QCN00107) from SGS, We have met the GMP system standards of American FDA required by some American customers like Bausch & Lomb. Also, our lens supplier has obtained ISO-9002-1994 certificate, too.
Cheng Yi is grouped with young people. Most of the technicians are under 35 years old with 8-10 year experience in eyewear field. Aiming at our employees' training and always insisting on high-quality product positioning is our nature.
